The world’s leading mobile phone manufacturer is currently looking for a mature and experience professional for the above role to be based in Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Role:
- Technical Support Engineers as the first technical point of contact for developers and branded partners (language and time zone to be considered)
- Secures that company Solutions are launched and sustained (life-cycle) in the best possible way with specialist GTM/Marketing teams. Support selected application development on Symbian, Windows, Meego and Series 40 platforms.
- Deliver training programs and support hackathons and other developer marketing activities
- Support Developer Managers in their efforts to recruit innovative developers and have them build apps for company
- Build technical competence of local developers by tailoring and delivering training programs to local market needs
- Will work closely with Developer Marketing role in the SDK’s launch
The Candidate:
- Strong experience in mobile or web application development
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development projects
- Exceptional understanding of company and competitor developer offering. 5+ year mobile application hand-on development experience using Qt /C++ or Java or Web or Windows SDK’s. Preferable two technologies expertise.
- Ability to present to technical audiences.
